Our Future Prospects programme is back for 2025-26! Develop your sports leadership skills and gain valuable insight into the world of working in the sports sector.

During the programme schools will:

- Work with us to develop leadership skills

- Deliver a sports event back in their schools

- Work with a national governing body to improve their leadership skills

- Tour Villa Park and hear about the potential careers available in sport

- Spend a day at Birmingham City University learning about higher education and the potential career paths open to them.

Schools will need to commit to all four aspects of the course in order to complete the programme in 2026!
